I was attacking a city with a large army, the army leader champion ( we'll call him Max) attacked with 2 other champs an troops (3 champs & troops). The leader of the army, Max dies so did 1 champ, but I still won. When I return to the map, only Max was at the newly occupied city, both other champs were at a nearby city, and ALL the troops dissapeared. One champ was still alive during the battle but got sent to the nearby city with the dead champ. Why did the troops dissapear (most of them lived) and why did the champ that lived get sent to the nearby city with the dead one?
