I don't see it anywhere :<
From the Temple of Wind go south-east through the canyon and then east until you find the lake. Move along the south-side of the lake until you find the House of Sirdir. You need a certain campaign-item to be able to pass.
Ok, then i was there, i could enter but nothing happens when i did. Hmm, maybe im missing some item or something.
edit: lol, okej all i had to do was to leave and re-enter the place... ^^ (was tired when i played last night)
The House of Sirdir is only there to block your movement. The building behind it is where you need to go.
