Consider changing 'An undiscoverd world' to 'Unknown' or even back to '?' as it may not be a world at all, could be a Asteroid Belt, Wormhole e.c.t.
That and the fact 'An undiscoverd world' does not fit on the info-card when jumping to a new sector.
