Texturing problems [Resolved]

Incorrect texture mapping on ships and see-through planets

EDIT: FIXED

My planets are see-through, can only see the atmosphere not the actual surface. Ship/structure texturing is also not working.

I tried a restart, changing graphical settings and full reinstall.

Rebellion was working fine this morning then I start a new game and it is broken.

Is there some way to fix this issue...

EDIT: I have gtx 580 with latest driver
