Why does my titan lose experience if I'm not constantly chewing up fleets? I get 1100xp, sit in a newly conquered system for a little while building it up and replacing destroyed ships, and now my titan has 850xp. It takes a long time to earn xp, since most ships run from me, and destroying structures and wiping out planets provides minimal xp. I'm okay with the slow xp gains, but don't take what I have earned. Is there any rationale I am missing for this?
