Repro:
Play as Advent loyalist, build a titan, level it up to L6, send it to the artifact world.
You can either manually target the artifact world or autocast will eventually target the planet. Once repossessed, the victory condition is broken and unattainable as the timer is stuck to 00 : 00
It looks like the artifact world condition part is actually inversed as I could never repossess any other world by the artifact world.
