1. If I have an existing unit, how do I upgrade unit size (e.g. 3->5->7->9 members) and how do i upgrade to new magic items like cloaks and rings?
2. How do I build a monument in one of the elemental lord areas? I've defeated the elemental lord and everyone in the area, but I can't build anything, even with my settlers right on top of the landmark that says "build a monument here". Is there some tech I'm supposed to research?
