Bump for the updated save file to work on the current (0.80) patch, the bug (not giving the achievement) it's still present, the save file is only missing Volcanic Evangelism intentionally for testing purposes, so that researching it should give the achievement but it doesn't work.

Why would I need to enable that to get the achievement? The current wording says nothing about having to win a research victory, it only displays that you need to research everything in Harmony without researching anything in Security, Hostility and Understanding.

As I see it, it's not a "victory achievement" just an accomplishment one (like spend 66k credits on someone's bounty or have 6k population) and it should be awarded once you meet the criteria, not by having to play and win in a specific way and with special conditions.

Updated with more save files with Research Victory enabled, it still doesn't give the achievement by researching only Harmony and Fleet Logistics.

Also, losing by a Research Defeat doesn't end the game nor you're given the chance to quit or continue playing, it just continues going on like you can still win and play normally.

I don't see why stardock would put achievements in a game that encourage you to play the game wrong.
