[ The TEC ]
- Novalith reduced the trade/planet growth debuff to two minutes from thirty.
- Shiriken/Stilat Corvettes have there movement speed reduced from 450 from 500, there fleet supply brought up to 3, and hulls reduced to 300.
- The Kol battleship now have 4 flak banks.
- Reduced antimatter cost on Flak Burst to 65 from 100. Made Flak Burst target Corvettes also.
- Safety Override Protocol now have a 4 second indication time that it is going to explode.
- Area range of Safety Override Protocol reduced from 8000/10000 from 8000/12000
- Ogrov missile damage reduced to 20 from 22.
- TEC Rebels: Removed Public Forgiveness from the diplomacy tree.
- TEC Rebels: Reduced crystal cost of Pirate Mercenaries to 450 from 500. Made this ability more consistent with what it gives so it will always give a good number of units for what you buy.
[The Advent]
- Solonus Adjudicator credit cost reduced to 900 from 1050
- Increased the Radiance Battleships health to 2350 from 2200
- The Radiance Battleship now has 4 flak banks.
- Acolyte/Vespa Corvette movement speed set down to 450, and fleet supply brought up to 3.
- The Halcyons Telekinetic push now effect Corvettes.
- Hardened cities % of mitigation increased to 10%/20%/30% against the Novalith cannon
- Advent Loyalist: Fury of the unity has been moved to the Hostility Tree.
- Advent Loyalist: Global Unity now requires one point in Wall of Faith.
- Advent Loyalist: May obtain Deliverance Engine after putting two points in unwavering belief.
- Advent Loyalist: Reworked the tooltip of Planet for a Planet.
- Advent Rebels: Mass Communion has been moved to tier 1.
- Advent Rebels: Expulsion moved to the Understanding tree and moved to tier 4, tooltip now says the amount of trade/population growth will be received.
- Advent Rebels: Wail of the Sacrificed now effects mines
- Advent Rebels: Return of the Fallen's chance to resurrects increased to 10%/20% from 5%/10%.
- Advent Rebels: Cleanse and Renew has been removed and replaced with something more awesome(lol)
[Bug Fixes]
- Fix a bug where truce amongst rogues would not effect a group of neutrals.
- Fix the bug where Novalith cannons trade debuff did not work.
- Fixed a bug where Return of the Fallen/Reanimation did not work.

- Corvette Nerfs:Were needed, the TEC ones were to tanky, and all of them were to fast and supply effective.
- Novalith Nerfs: That one was needed a 30 minute debuff does not belong in this game.
- Kol Battleship Buffs: Were needed the Kol has severe antimatter problems, and the Battleships could use the Anti-flak weaponry to at least give them a niche against the corvette spam strategy.
- Safety Override Protocol was broken, moving along.
- Ogrovs: should do there job, but they were to good at it just a small nerf.
- Public Forgiveness: I just felt as though it didn't belong with the rebels, for lore reasons it was removed.
- Pirate Mercenaries was to expensive for the cost hopefully this will let it become more viable in multiplayer
- Solonus Adjudicator: Has needed this buff for the longest time, the advent have no way around the Red Button and Adjudicators were to expensive to mass.
- Radiance Battleship/halcyon Buffs: For the same reason as the Kol, it also could use that Health Buff to make it more durable. The Halcyon buff would make it more consistent with the Kol as an Anti-Corvette Capital.
- Hardened Cities: To help actually be good against the Novalith.
- Advent Loyalist Buffs: Mostly rearranging but the Fury of the Unity one was needed because it is retarded that you have to tech down the Harmony tree to get a damage boost, this is completely counter productive. And the Deliverance engine was moved down the tech tree to put it more inline with being that culture spamming race.
- Advent Rebel Buffs: Much of it is to just give the advent rebels are more prominent early game, right now they play like trinity advent. But for some explanation the Wail Buff was just an annoyance to me we need more ways to kill mines also. Return of the Fallen as is, is garbage a late game tech that has that low of a % is bad. And Cleanse and Renew is boring and not even that good.
