Honestly, having us play a match or two, then have him play the replay so he can see ALL participants would be a really cool way to have him voice over for the match.

Having one player's focus is just so limited, and i'm not sure he knows the capability that the playback function has (if it works in beta..i haven't tried it yet).

That being said, we should have a game where he is allied with everyone and shares planetary vision.  We also need to ensure no asshats join up.

In this way he won't be attacked and can really have a sweet display of online skills.

I'd recommend a random map because that is the bread and butter of sins multiplayer.

I'm sure hes a busy guy.  I'll probably emergency call in sick at work if the game conficts with my schedule.

Well he has a subscriber base of 650,000+ on youtube. I know because I am one of them.

He is also one of the top starcraft commentators and game commentators in the industry.

To know Sins is to love Sins.  And I believe that is the problem.  Total Biscuit is a megaphone.  He could give Sins a lot of eyeballs.

And you likely rarely or never will. Anything interesting about Sins gameplay comes through experiencing it. To an outside observer, it's really quite dull, like soccer.

yeah that would just be him getting his ass handed to him in 10 min.  he wouldn't have to complain about a long ass game at all!!

I want to open up a video game bar and I want to have sins games shoutcasted right along with starcraft games.  IMO, it would appeal to two different crowds and bring in a larger audience to chugalug mah beerz.

its an age thing, trust me once you are 25+ you will be wanting a game like sins.  You'll look back at this game when you replay it and be like...holy shit this is pure fucking gold!!!

I really liked some shoutcasts by TotalBisquit that he made for different games. Though for this one, the problem was simply that he put the game speeds at all normal instead of fast. Besides that, I second what Sareth stated above. He really should have played a bit more single player to get to master the very basics of the game before heading over to the multiplayer scene...

This could be fun, count me in if he agrees to do it.

Yet at the same time he'll witness what a pain in the ass it can be getting 10ish people the same new maps...

I enjoyed your race to paradise map, it would be a good one to show him because of the forced confrontation in the middle...it would get kinda crazy with all the corvette spam.

I'm new to Sins, so I can completely identify with the slow pacing - especially when compared with a typical RTS.

However, Sins isn't akin to a typical RTS. It's more like Age of Empires.... You have to spend time at the peon levels gathering meat from deer and berries from bushes.

It's slow to ramp up, but once you get things in place it's a like a steam roller. 

You can't truly appreciate this game until you realize the massive scale that encompasses it, and the implications of the strategies you choose. Once you realize how large these games can be, you'll appreciate the slower pace so that you can keep tabs on everything.

Yep stardock/ironclad slap themselves in the face with every minidump...They need a battle.net type of framework if/when sins rebellion gets a huge # of sales.  Even promising to improve this will go far in making this game a really big hit.

While TotalBiscuit is a fair reviewer he seems to gravitate towards first person type of action.  He liked Space Pirates And Zombies and Tribes Ascend as examples.  (He did not like Snuggle Truck so much.   )  From the videos he has on YouTube he spends a lot of time in StarCraft 2.  So he likes action.
