FOr whatever reason I can't build a Titan. I can build the yard to build the Titan, on top of expending the resources, but all I get is a locked status bar. Any idea how to fix this?
Did you do all four levels of research? The first "Titan" tech you research only lets you build 25% of a Titan. So you pay for it, but the bar stops. There's three more techs in a line that push the bar to 50/75/100%. To complete the Titan you need all four.
Besides what Tridus mentioned, you need to have 2 Capital ship command points and 150 fleet supply available in order to be able to build it.
