Tec loyalists can access the research using 6 weapons labs, and the AI tends to spam 3 or 4 of those on their homeworld right at the beginning. An additional assteroid is enough to unlock the remaining labs.

However 10 minutes seems to be a tad annoying, even for the AI. They do love superweapon spam now, that's bad enough as is.

There are different types of AI, and the AI won't always use the exact same tactics even if it is the same type.

Played a round on point blanc yesterday, took over all planets safe for the asteroid next to the enemy desert homeworld. Fifteen minutes into the game the hard AI started spamming Ogrovs and Kodiaks like hell, prove enough to me that they don't need much room to obtain high-tier researches. And since they get a money bonus (hard AI gets 2 times the money and resources a normal player would get IIRC) they could afford to press for high level stuff like superweapons right away and set up a fleet at the same time while a human player has to focus on the fleet alone, given they have enough space to put the weapon labs there.

Titans retain their level when they die, but lose all experience towards the next level, so say your Titan dies at level 4 with 1998/2000 exp and you rebuild it, it will still be level 4, but will need to regain all that exp from 0/2000.

As for only Capital AI, I've seen a few of those, but I've also seen more typical AI with frigate and cruiser support fleets. I'm really not sure where these Capital AIs have come from, but they're pretty laughable.

Yeah I know Titans come back same level but this one came back 3 level up !!! in 10 minutes and I'm his only enemy I would have seen him going from level one to level 4 at some point ! so I just wondered If Vicious AI could cheat the titan levels

Level 6 I belive. Cruel can level them higher, too (stops at 5 I belive) so I wouldn't consider it impossible.

That was the case since the original Sins I belive. They usually have their production around there, so sometimes they'll chicken out like crazy and hide their fleet over there once you've shown them your fleet can kick their behind.
