I've built well in excess of 100 SC multiple times...I've built fighters only, bombers only, carrier squadrons only, structure squadrons only, and any combination in between....I've even built 100 percherons (just in case it took 100 LCs to trip the achievement) and still no success...
I have done this multiple times on different maps with different number of players and different AI difficulty levels...and I've done this always before anyone has won (just in case a victory negates the earning of any achievements for the rest of that game)...still no success...
