[Bug] Truce Amongst Rogues & Occupation Victory

If you research “Truce Amongst Rogues” before you get to the Occupation planet, guess what? The Occupation planet and its guards become your friends and you are unable to take control of the planet.

 

This research should not ally you with the guardians of the occupation planet.

I wonder why they have the occupation victory planet even though I have that victory option disabled.

The dev's are still trying to find a way to remove the planet if the Occupation Victory option is disabled.
