I was looking at old screens from good old Heroes of Magic and Magic 4 and I noticed that the graphics seems a lot sharper and better defined not to mention more colorful. Is the current "look" a product of the being a beta or is it a style choice ?
It's a style choice. Although I'm sure there's still a lot of art assets and improvements coming down the pipe the fundamental look isn't going to change.
