HOw do i mod in, (what file line do i change) to turn off auto camera following? I Hate it when i zoom and in and the camera will auto track my target.

When scrolling in, just use your arrow key to shift your camera slightly to the left, right, up or down and it shouldn't auto track the target once you have done that, unless you zoom toward the target again. Hope this helps.
You don't need a mod to do that. In the upper left there is a camera button, next to the cinematic mode button. Hit it and your camera should stop auto tracking.
cinematic turns off the combat overlay, which has info i need, i guess i will stick with Bens suggestion, just live with it and hit the arrow keys. just anoying in combat heavy situations.

sorry, i meant that it turns off zoom to mouse point, i am looking for turning off the auto camera follow feature of when i zoom in.
Just zoom in next to a unit instead of exactly on top of a unit
