I have a question. I logged into my acount with Stardock Store and I see what I've purchased, but I don't see the download link next to them, like with MyColors. I see my serial numbers underneath the names of the games, but no download links. Am I doing something wrong?

Hmm, sure, sure.  Just like how BradFrog is madly in love with me, but can't see it due to his raging disgust of me.  

 

Or if you are telling the truth, then you really must not visit these forums much.  Gamers are an awful lot.  There are posters here that bitch and moan about everything, and then yell and bitch at other posters for yelling and bitching.  And that's just ME!

Same here. Only GCII has a download button; EWOM and SoaSE don't.

Once you have the MyColors app you enter the registration code for each theme and it will download and install.

Those other games are not available directly yet.  They are available on Impulse or Steam (depending where you bought them from).

I don't have download for any of the games that I've purchased. No downlink for GalCiv II, SotS, Elemental, or Demigod. The only download links that I have is the MyColors.

I figured you guys would get to them eventually, and for those wondering about their rebellion preorders not showing up in their purchase history, check your shopping cart basket.  You'll see a preorder from rebellion in there since you may have signed up for the preorder, but have yet to be charged a single penny for it.  Once you get charged (when the beta starts) I assume it will move from the cart and over to your history section.  One note though, the discount isn't showing up, so please don't bitch about it being the full price.  I'm pretty sure they are aware of who signed up early and who signed up recently.

Edit: Oh and welcome Skittles.  It's probably best for your sanity to not hang around us all too much.

Nice work guys, haven't checked much of the forum lately, cuz not much news on Rebellion.

 

I have however checked my order history (or the cart for that matter) and do not see my preorder for Rebellion there.

We're working on getting you a way to check your pre-order status, but for now, the only way is to keep your receipt email, or contact support@stardock.com.

Zubaz, I still don't see it in the My Order History Alpine by MikeB314

and I just noticed that Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords is not listed also.

and for Galactic Civilizations II: Dread Lords no download link for it in My Downloads  If I was to really want to play this game would I have to use that Impulse thing so if don't care about playing it..

and Bullet Candy is not listed in My Downloads but if I need impulse I don't care to play it...

Merged accounts like yours seem to not show everything.  However, you can see and download your products from the "My Downloads" page (or Impulse if the game has not moved over) or you can have your apps sent to you at http://support.stardock.com or if needed you can request information from stardock support.  It may or may not be fixed soon, but you have other options.

I'm not seeing an E:WOM download. As far as I know, thats Stardocks most recent release. I'd think E:WOM be a priority seeing as how the whole gamestop thing went down while E:WOM was still undergoing game stability fixes. ie: E:WOM was purchased under a very different privacy policy and terms of service than gamestops. So now I begin to wonder if there is an oddity with my account? Or has Stardock just not gotten a round tuit?

My comment was in reference to GC2 Ultimate and Sins Trinity versus the varying other bundles or possible combinations of base games and expansions for each that came before. War of Magic is not yet available there.

I'm not sure what's decided around the specifics, but Stardock's DRM has always been as non-intrusive as possible, and I don't see that changing.
