Lol@your Taekwondo friend. I've trained in Taekwondo for 17 years and kickboxing also for about 5 years. It is really fun to fight the 'tournament' trained people as they cannot take a hit or give one hard enough to scare a fly. Taekwondo tournament is actually a game of 'tag'. Touch the target on the opponent for a point. Kickboxing... well no amount of flick kicking will stop that hook punch knocking you the hell out lol.

Anywho, my opinion is that only the completed stats matter. If any. Cause frankly, my stats (And at least some others according to this thread) don't actually match up with reality.

If they did, well, win percentage and such do not show skill level.

Thanks to a few good tips, I am now much better with Oak. Thanks! I seam to win 7 out of 10 games. 31% win now! Hehehe! Slow but at least in the right direction.

I can understand that behavior a bit.You want to play a game, where you have fun and are challenged also. And after a 1000 or more games and no desire of being a teacher, you maybe would act the same (I hope not, because I don't like that kind of behavior, but surely I can accept it )

I wouldn't bother because who wants to play with somebody that doesn't want to play with you?

 Get 500+ games and 50%+ wins (of course... this is most important! ^^) and then try to enter these skilled/pro wahtever games, i would suggest.

Another thing (which could be also frustrating) is to ask the host if you can join. Maybe that works? But don`t blame me, if not. ^^

It's actually quite beneficial to have the lowest % of the bunch in PUG games. Let's say, there are 6 ppl in the lobby: nnnils, Zen, me, KlausKlaus, EldonTyrell, doggu. On the surface, it is 60%x3, 50%x2, 40%x1. So I bet I'd be attached to Zen and nnnils as a liability.

At least you get to play. 

That's not the point. I'm actually saying it's an advantage, since with setup like this, that's almost a sure win for our team (for a variety of reasons, 2 excellent carries + 1 good support >>> 1 excellent carry + 2 good carries). Darkliath could have benefited from this psychological nuance, too (getting attached to a stronger team, since her win percentage is low), but she plays aggressive characters (her best are Reg and TB), so she's not affected by this dynamic so much.

Now, "skilled only" lobbies ppapanek and nnnils are hosting are something else, no one looks at the % there, just the reputation.

I had a great night playing. Got praises from several people who seen me before who told me I improved alot! Even though Im an old dog, I felt like a young kid getting icecream!
