Hey fellow Sinners

As a newbe on mods I would like to know what are the steps in downloading mods such as 7 deadly sins and the babylon 5 mods.

I had tried one time but did not know what I was doing, once I had went to the download site and downloaded a mod, I thought all that one would have to do was download the mod and it would automatically show up in the mod folders in Sins, Wrong!   . My question is once I download the B5 mod what are the next steps in order to get the download from one place to the sins mod folder or to put it another way , I would like to know how to put the mod in the mod folder
