I apologize if this has been asked/answered already or if I am posting in the wrong place. After much searching I have been unable to find any mention of a solution to this.

I would very much like to turn the starbase trade bonuses back on for a map I have been working on. I'm unable to figure out which files would need to be modified or if they even can be (is this change hard-coded?). I converted many entity files to text in hopes of finding the answer but, so far, have come up empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
