Bring back <blink> and <marquee>
They were ultra annoying !
I'm making a web page for a non-profit organization, and my client requested a marquee. Oh, and he also said he'd prefer no flash animation so people can look at the page on their iPhones. 
He also wants two free forums and Google calender embedded in the page. The latter doesn't sound too hard, and my team has a guy who's made some free forums before, but the guy wants a lot for his nothing.
Now, if only all browsers were as reliable in rendering markup as the
W3C intended.
Stupid MSIE!
