Simply deleting the Player.entity files wont work.
In an effort to increase preformance, Danman has deleted the original vanilla races from the mod. It would be a MAJOR operation to get them to work again, smothly.
Though, I do think there is a version of 7DS that doesn't contain the new races. For people like you. Though you'd have to contact someone, like Danman himself, to figure out how to get this mod, and what version it is for,
