Anyway I don't think this list works at all, the way we do now with the whole vent bussiness and being tolerant of noobs is a much better way to get some good games going.
I tend to agree. Though my current approach to dg does lose a little bit of competitive edge for the sake of including more people. I've already accomplished my underlying goal of getting more people player together more often. But the list still exists. Eventually it will be forgotten, of course, but for those that want to continue the discussion, by all means do so.
4 of the guys on your tier 1 list will never join a PUG game. They only play if they know their team mates or have vent going or teams are so badly stacked that there is no way to loose.
2 of them have no chance to win a balanced game.
Seriusly lets rename this thread to : "People i like to play with"
Tier one: People who are in my premade or can beat my premade.
Tier two: People who know what sigil is and why not to buy creeps upgrades without a armor upgrade
Tier three: People who dared to cheat againts me
PS.
I feel so sorry for people that really beg you to put their names here.
Irek, my friend - why so serious?
Tis a silly, not incredibly objective list. But I will address your criticism.

I'm sure that might be the case for some. I made an effort, at least to some degree, to keep individuals out that I didn't feel fit the classification. To be sure, some people were nominated just because one of their buddies voted them in. Others are on this list that I wasn't all that impressed with when I played with them, but I can only assume have had their skill level increase since I played with them last as people I consider good recommended them. Anyway, its certainly not a specific list of people "I" chose because I like to play with them.

Well... I am trying to categorize the best players - its not an exact science. You are right - some of those players are in my premade and could beat my premade, but I don't think that's the only qualification. I would add that I'd hope whoever is in tier 1 would fall into that category though.
Tier two: People who know what sigil is and why not to buy creeps upgrades without a armor upgrade
There are quite a few good people in tier 2 that simple haven't been bumped to tier 1. And I'm sure there are many others that should be added to tier 2. I think your statement is a bit of an overgeneralization. I'd hope players in tier 2 would understand the basic concepts you listed, but if that's all they can do, then they shouldn't be tier 2 imo.
Tier three: People who dared to cheat againts me
Nah - that's silly. Tier 3, as I defined it, are players that simply didn't fit into tier 1 or 2. Perhaps you misread and assumed that tier 3 meant "players that should be avoided." But regarding players that should be avoided, I only listed 1 player as that's one player that I clearly know, without a doubt, chose to stat exploit. Plenty of people have called out other players that should most likely be avoided, like py4eek, but I haven't personally played against him and confirmed, so I don't really have much to say about that. I can say that I would probably avoid a game with him, though, because of what many have said...

Please, call out the individuals they are referring to. One of my requirements for tier 1 was that players" do not depend on a specific team or teammate to do well". Being placed into tier 1 doesn't necessarily mean 100% that you belong there. Individuals can be discussed, debated, etc. As you are clearly indicating that 2 people on the list couldn't possibly win a balanced game (eg they aren't all that good), you might as well get specific as you clearly disagree with someone being on tier 1. Or if you like, irek, who do you consider to be some of the best players at dg?
