Seriously vs all 3 teir 1 demigods you either play the mirror or sub out one for rook, sedna does not cut it vs any of them.

Occulas will be almost good enough for competitive play but not enough to change the meta.

Just dont play DA well ever (he does not exsactly contribute to just fun games either for differnt reasons), there is no motovation in the commnity to do anything about it at the moment (i tried to start a ballance mod but no one even posted to say i was wrong in my ideas, except one).

i finally come back to this game, whose community has basically died, just to find that the play level of the game hasn't gotten any better.  this replay was embarassing, and your inability to play a pretty powerful hero comes from your inability to figure out how to not play like a retard

You do know that it was not cow who was playing DA, but "FourKingHigh"?  Your post sounded like trash talk to Cow, so I wanted to clear that up.

stardock has already stated the demigod is not primarily for competitive gameplay. so if you want that you have to use mods. there are some nice mods, and there is potential, but the modding is very young... this will need time. also how do you want to weight balance changes in a forum... ultimatly somebody has to decide what goes in and what doesnt.

Late game with Wrap 5, crit and 40% dodge, the DA is really nasty, the problem is to get there... which is basicly impossible because the tanks will push you around all the time, and you have to run like a little rat (that you are). The other option is Wrap/Spine combo, which uses insane amounts of mana (you need EoM and Magnus Rod). At the point you can presure with 2000 burst damage your enemies have 6000 health and 15% heal every 8s.

Generals heal everything back and UB will spit back on you and run. I'm still looking for reasonably pro game where DA is really good. Gimme some replays.

What equip are you using to get 40% dodge?

I watched replay and I don't fully agree with Cow. I'd say FourKingHigh has no idea of how to use DA, he might be a good player but not a good DA player that game. I've seen him being used better. For example I have no idea why he chose the Swit Anklet. DA needs health and mana.

I haven't seen the replay, but I gotta say DA is not only useless in any actual competitive game, but also underpowered compared to any other Demigod as of 1.2 patch.

Not by much, but definitely worse than all other demigods, and any serious DG player should have realized it by now. I have stated the reasons already in other threads so i'm not retyping them here.
