Does the AI always take XP Bauble Favor item?

I loaded up a replay against the AI and all 5 of them 2 games in a row used the +10% favor item.

I guess it won't matter too much if they balance all the favor items to be roughly equal, but it would be cool if the AI took items the player has unlocked or of equal value to the players favor item under the current model.

If the favor items are balanced relative to eachother it would be nice to see the AI take some verity. If an item is hard to use strategically maybe a AI safe set could be used that select one randomly from a limited set they can't mess up using

Were they nightmare AIs? Those seem to choose better favor items.

The AI also seems to get a percentage of extra starting money, so putting them on nightmare and putting the starting gold as high as you can causes them to buy an unreal amount of stuff.

it depend's what was there setting easy normal etc?...

on hard i saw the UB grab the Blood of the Fallen for Favor or Swift Anklet

his setup as was follows

Girdle of the Giants

Bulwark of the Ages

Ashkandor

All Father’s Ring

Godplate

the following 3 last slot's were used by

Orb of The Veiled Storms

Cloak of Elfinkind

and finally Death Bringer all in all as u could very well think he was an Unmoveable Force of death across the battlefield so really i dunno if they always go for that favor item

but as far as that setup i always see the same builds for them on hard - nightmare

It was just normal auto fill. If they had a hard auto fill i would give that a go, but i am lazy and only on my forth or fifth game. Though i think it is time to move up. Anyway to switch auto fill to all hard opponents/teamates?

Good to know the harder AI's do have the veriety I was hoping for.

Might be nice to see auto fill get some options. Like tell the game to auto fill normal to nightmare opponents to add a little extra verity to offline play.

Do human online games go quicker then vs AI? I'd consider playing some online, but not sure i can go the 30-45 minutes without real life interuptions.

My 3v3 cat games have been getting faster vs Normal ending around 35 minutes now.

Last question. Is hard AI still the even playing field described in the manual?

"Hard AI. At hard, the computer players receive the same gold and same HP as their human opponents."

if u can own normal A.I now then yes move on to hard there not to much harder really they do have alil more tactic then the normal ones as for the autofill i really never use it so i dont really know and as far as online is yeah they go by pretty fast when ur in-game depending on the skill level of all the players in the room but it can take some time to find a match if u do not have any friends so more or less try online see how you like it and if not then swap out those normal bots for some hard ones

by far i would say yes they even the playing field
