I've had mixed results with it using Demigod.  There's currently no in game integration.  By that, I mean that you can't just get a few people to join your ready to play session and then BOOM, you are all in the same DG lobby.  It does make suggestions on who you'd like playing with and tracks your friends well enough within impulse.  Also, its still in beta, so who knows what they might add to the final.

But - is it worth the time or effort?  Yes.  Especially considering it will really take you less and 2 minutes to get it up and running. 

no, it is not worth the time. for me at least it is totaly useless tool.

if you do not have any kind of messenger, but you would like to have one and more or less all your friends are on impulse then maybe. as game finder for demigod alone it is worthless. usually the people are already in demigod if they want to play demigod -> useless.

i like it.

you complete a little profile of your gaming habits to begin with then you can search for people with the same habits and the same games as you, even works for games not from impulse.

sure if you've got a group of mates already or don't mind playing complete randoms in custom games it's not for you.

but for someone who's new and/or likes to avoid twats, i think it's pretty good.

just hope more people start using it for more games.

It is identicle to the DG in game chat function without having to be in game. In short, it shows people as online when in fact they are not online. So no, don't load up your comp with useless tools. if you want to play demigod, boot up demigod. That's about it.

yeah like playgroundlegend said, it's really very annoying that people apear online although they are not. makes an online buddy list quite useless when the info if they are online is often wrong. i get dayly message to join a game at hourse where i am not logged in, not in the forum, not in demigod or slesewhere. but i didn't knew that r2p has the same problem. up to now i only observed it in demigod, the ingame message system.
