Bigger tree?

Hi all,

I run Sins on a 22" widescreen LCD screen at full resolution, 1680 x 1050 I think.

 

However, I do have some trouble making out the icons within the left hand side units tree and wondered if there was a way to make that bigger but to maintain the overall screen resolution I play in?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

the simplest way is to LOWER THE RESOLUTION, but that can have the effect of blering the entire screen as the panel wants to work at it's native mode.

Yes I know thanks harpo, but I want to enlarge the tree without changing the resolution.

I know its a tall order but I hoped there was an .ini or something that could be tweaked.

the biggest Sins resolution is actually 1920x1200 (what im running on a 17" laptop monitor) although it might be possible for there to be larger, ive never heard of such

Wow, 17"? I run it at 1920x1200 on my 24" monitor and I think it's a bit small.

the only solution would be for someone to mod the game files and make hte buttons bigger.  someone posted a model this week than adjusted things to work on a netbook so im guessing that its possible to go the other way too.

yeah, its kinda small, but i have really good eyesight and hand-eye co-ordination....

im also really good at knitting.... no, im lying, i dont actually knit... =P

Lol - I'm thinking about running the game on 2048 x 1153 (16:9) - any problems?

Not likely to only way to have problems is that you have a screen smaller than 800X600
