Umm if you expect the game will span across the two monitors, I don't think that's going to happen without a possible 3rd party program spanning it for you, and even then I dunno...
I have a 24" monitor and the desktop is extended to a second 17" monitor to the side. If I remember right, I can use the mouse to scroll across edges of the map, but if I try to do that on the side of the monitor that goes to the other monitor my mouse enters the other monitors screen and the map doesn't scroll. If I click while my mouse is on that side, the game minimizes.
You might not have these problems, and there might even be easy fixes for them for me, but as a whole I'd say don't expect much.
