1.1 Pantheon

What is the official stance towards abuse in pantheon (people quitting games prior to launch and people abusing the system for team join)?  Resetting the stats is of small use if the abuse continues.

If anyone quits prior to launch the game should not start.

If they quit while the game is loading they should get a loss.

The official stance is that there isn't an official stance.

If you leave in first 3 minutes i believe it doesn't count as a loss

I thought the first thing always worked like that a while ago.

 

The second thing is not right because somebody HAS TO QUIT for the game to finish loading =/

I thought the first thing always worked like that a while ago.

I thought that Pantheon games were starting anyways with a player less.

Not sure, I just remember before 3 players wouldn't start a game. These days my games start with 4 players but it forces one of them to quit for the game to get past loading screen lol

So:

  • Players still replaced with AI on game start (or AI used to fill spots).  Seen Pantheon games started with even 3 human vs 3 AI
  • Disconnects (after 3 minutes) not counted as losses
  • Quitting before 3 minutes are up makes the game not count
  • Games still get locked up on load for very long time

Must admit that after looking at pantheon games since patch a bit more, it seems like they work much better now.  The percentage of successfully started games is a lot higher it seems (or rather pretty high).  I guess we will need to give it more time.

That's because the premades are farming PUGs in custom games to get their favor back.  Give it a couple of days.
