I believe they had this in Company of Heroes. Just played a game today where someone's Sim level was dropping to 1 and screwed up the game. It would be nice to see if their pc can handle it or now.
I only played the initial CoH, so maybe this changed, but I know this rating was a bunch of bulloks for most people. It would say your bad when you ran just fine.

Yeah I also suggested this feature, but no response from anyone (SD or GPG).
Agree. This came up constantly yesterday when I was playing 5v5. -1 sim speeds but great pings.
