Regarding Multiple Starbases.

I want multiple Starbases for my race / player only, possible?

Is it possible to increase the amount of Starbases for my race / player only?
E.g. the computer has 1 Starbase per planet and I can have 2?

If so where do I make the changes and how?

After doing some searching, I found this on the forum:

Any help to make my player / race have multiple Starbases and the computer just one?

Sorry, it's not possible to restrict it like that, it's just a global setting for all the planet bodies.

Increasing the number should work fine with saves, but if you have a save with 4 starbases at a planet and then you decide to drop the number to 1 and you try to load, it would probably crash.
