I really don't know why favor items are being disabled for this league.  What is the verdict on the minion purchase and idol sell tactic? Such as a guy running around with 8 minos, 8 archers, and 8 priests? But really, no favor items? Why? Every other tournament i've seen uses them, and they're an integral part of every build i use. Just seems like a bad idea that needs review. I do agree that not allowing duplicate heros is probably a good idea, because a team of 5 reg's will one shot most ppl with snipe synched. I just think you could allow one duplicate in the 4v4 or 5v5 games however. I just find that many people become attached to a hero, or can only play that hero at a competitive level.

Plus Coin Pouch is bugged and Blade of the Serpent messes with balance by making AoE Demis like TB never run out of mana.

Purchasing and selling minions to have all of them running is cheating in my opinion, and will result in: 1) side who does it automatically loses, 2) individual is warned, 3) repeated use gets you banned.

If you JUST upgraded your minions and still have your old ones, you should suicide your old minions. It's pretty obvious who is exploiting this and who isn't. 

Favor is allowed if both sides agree to it. If you don't want to play without favor, don't play the teams who don't want to use favor.

si1foo, the rules clearly state favor is not allowed unless both teams accept it and you can't have more than 1 of each Demigod on your team

favour item balance is just horrible, a erebus or oak with horn of battle can just walk over all your towers with no way of killing the minions, and its not the only badly balanced favour item.

Favour Items where never really balanced because you were stuck at 150 favour points for 85% of the beta. Moreover back then minions sucked so hard that all the now insane general favour items weren't that insanely good as they are now.
