I've only played a couple games against people so far, my buddy and I often just comp stomp (it's a good time!)

In the last multiplayer game I was in, it was moving very fast and I discovered that in single player you can adjust the refresh speed to x1, x2, x4 etc. I was wondering how you get that to happen in multiplayer? I didn't see any settings for it in the host new game setup screens, and the hotkeys that control it during single player don't seem to work, even when I'm the host. I've looked back in the multiplayer posts and didn't find anything (are they going to fix the search? it never turns up anything for me...)

Can anyone let me in on the secret to getting a multiplayer game up to x2 speed?
