I've had two games in the past couple days that didn't show up on my games list after I won, in both everyone on the otherside rage-quit before the game was over.
I'm fairly certain that if the host leaves (regardless of what team), the stats will be screwed up.
So, in your game, probably the host was on the other team (50/50 chance) and thats why your stats screwed up.
