Colour scheme in GalCiv2

I have only one request regarding GalCiv2: please do something about the colours so we don't have to have dark blue on black as the colour scheme for the player (it's just too hard to see a lot of the time).

e colour of the text a bit more bright or larger or both if customization isn't possible.

You can mod your screen files to change the fonts if you want to, though.
