[BUG] Double Hammer Slam

In my last game, I just leveled up when I was using the Hammer Slam. Immediately after the Hammer Slam hit the ground, I used a Skill Point for the Hammer Slam. Instead of having a 10 second cooldown, I was able to immediately use the Hammer Slam again.

Though I am not exactly sure if it really happened that way.

I had that happen to me with UB's Spit. The thing is, you actually complete the previously activated skill but it will not do anything. It's almost like canceling at the last possible second. So unless you noticed that it did damage twice, there's nothing wrong.

Yeah it's possible that it happened that way, can't say for sure.
