Ok, so I know it does because I got in a couple times.

My experiences right now are that Skirmish online games DO start here and there but almost always 1 or more people drop right away, which causes the 1 or 2 live people left to drop which means every skirmish i've played online so far has been against 100% AI, no live players.

Whatever, can't control that (I guess)

So I thought I'd try Pantheon.  I simply stare at the message "A suitable match has not been found yet..." and once in a while will display something about trying to set up a match, but then it just goes back to the suitable match message.

Are there a ton of known issues with it right now or no one plays it?

Ugh - so much potential, such bad word-on-the-street reviews right now that not sure how this game will last (I bought it despite hearing the horror stories of online play so I'm not mad, just wondering what is really going on)

I'd play single player tournaments but as others have posted, the AI is probably the worst I can recal in modern gaming.  So much so that it is bad when you can never win on hard if you play 'normally' but once I learned the system, I've yet to lose at hard with any demigod - including ones I played for the first time.

Double Ugh.

Maybe they will re-write the AI from scratch and fix multiplayer so this has some shelf life.
