Sednas Inspiring Roar:

Inspiring Roar is not working, movement speed or Evasion, both are broken, have tried a lot of times.

Neither Buff shows on stat window also i have tried looking at sedna and it dosent seem to increase speed and i never see an evasion, even under heavy fire by creeps. 

Sednas Inner Grace:

I think someone else already reported this but whatever. Inner grace seems to stop working after some time, i dont know why or when, i played against a tower rook and it still hapenned so its not when your speed is reduced.

Oh i forgot the movement speed part of inner grace is failing i ahvent notice if the hp per second also goes.

Also if anyone can foward me to any post or thread or mail where you can officially report bugs, but if this is good enough its ok.
