I haven't played an online match yet so I can't really say anything about connection problems or anything like that but seeing the devs try to address any problems that players come across to the best of their ability is definately a plus. As far as single player goes however, I'm definitely loving the game.  Wasn't sure about getting it at first but now I'm glad that I did go ahead and buy it.

I enjoy the game, and definitely think it could be amazing. 

I also love the transparency from the games creators, and at first it was above and beyond but now its what the people who purchased the game deserve for buying a game with the level of infurstructure difficencies that Demigod's MP currently has.

Lastly I believe while it is good to be optimistic all of the time it is also good to be realistic. I use a simple principle in my own life and it works really well... Advice for you guys. Under promise and over deliever! I think that while most posts are great that you should really stop saying that things will be fixed. Just release patches and release the notes of what the patch is intended to do, not what it will do. From what I can see the MP was not tested properly and now after release the community is basicly running multiplayer beta for you. 

Again, I like you guys alot... I think the game is great! So keep plugging away and fix this shiz

I think the forums have already been used to death to vexx happiness, anger, sorrow and joy regarding the wild ride that has been Demigod. That said, I'm kinda proud this hasn't been a cry thread.

Stardock guys: You guys have been through a lot, have done a lot, and may still have a lot to do but I'm thinking in six months, it'll be worth it. You guys should write books/films talking about the events that have transpired here. The 30 min video Frogboy put out on day 7 was awesome.

Once stardock puts up an official known issues & bugs threads we won't need the constant flow of posts like this... until then...

drity stupid of the top off my head yes  but u can right of the top off ur head seeing ads u read mine know what i did so it doesn't work

I am HAPPY with the design of the game, the details on the Demigods and some of the maps is pretty breathtaking, and I love the backstories for each Demigod.

I am FRUSTRATED by the awful UI both in-game and in-lobby, it is way too simple and misses so many little things that could improve gameplay, people shouldn't be having to mod in simple things like numbers onto their mana/health bars or a clickable mini-map, they should of been in the release.

I am FRUSTRATED with connection issues only getting worse each patch for 2-3 weeks now, but hopefully this is about to turn around, because it is pretty gamebreaking and ruins the experience for a lot of people.

I am FRUSTRATED by the immense amount of Rage Quits that happen within the first 10 minutes of a game that you just spent 10-20 minutes setting up because of the slow connection system.

While stardock is doing an excellant job communicating with the community and trying to fix the game, in reality it is absolutely pathetic to release a predominately multiplayer game in this state.

And the thing that bugs me the most is why are there freaking AI bots when I do matchmaking, this has to be the most retarded feature i've ever seen in a MP game, we hit the MP button for a reason and AI bots have no business being in a MP game when u hit the matchmaking button for other players. But I am happy it is getting fixed and since it is stardock and they keep us well informed, I remain patient. But u still cant deny that the state of the game is pathetic right now. Gameplay is almost perfect and amazing right now tho

Isn't saying it's from a player POV a bit redundant considering if you weren't a player it'd be obvious and if you were a developer again, it would be obvious.

I hope with all the words these guys are talking/typing, I just hope that the MP gets fixed with connection issues.  4v4 in custom is 90% of the time impossible due to one of the 8 people. 

Other than that, reading the hype blogs about them staying up late and getting sh*t figured out is all awesome.  First game ever that I saw a CEO write constantly about it, but I'm still reading them hoping for some fixes... 

That means... still a lot to iron out of a game that was released about a month ago.  Client side or software side, I'm starting to think console games are getting easier to handle than PC for the "my time = money" aspect of being a consumer.

I'm 'extremely' frustrated with the movement and targeting bugs which seem to be designed to strike at only the worst possible moments (instances where a split second can literally make or break a significant shift in the game). 

Opposing demigod just went critical and you need to finish him off?  No way.  You're either going for the minotaur next to him or you're just going to stop attacking entirely.

Want to use an ability to finish said opposing demigod?  Fat chance.  Until you manually move somewhere, your abilities are disabled.

Down to critical yourself and need to heal or bite or make some other saving play?  Denied.  Ability, once again, failed for no good reason.

Planning to use a speed boost to escape?  Well, you'll need to come to a screeching halt first.

Beyond that, I'm happy with everything else about this game which is why the above is just that much more annoying.
