Sounds weird that it wouldnt say you unlocked it in the game. Currently Achievements arnt working properly but they usually unlock in the game, they just dont save. I wouldnt worry to much about it. When they address the achievements not saving and finally fix it (which they are doing) I am sure it will all work out for ya. Until then, after every game, everyone still gets the Initiate Achievement
