I've tried uploading a WB skin now about 10 times in the last two days. I keep getting the message that my screenshot is invalid. It's a .jpg file. I've even tried uploading two different screenshots and it still won't work. I have Flash 9. What could be the problem? I uploaded a skin a week ago with no problems.
Anybody? I hear crickets.
Sounds strange Imzadi...However If I were you I would edit this post and move it to "Stardock Support" instead of "forum issues" you'll get a lot further by putting it into the right category
Yeah, but would this be a Stardock issue or a WinCustomize issue? I figured it was a WinCustomize issue so that's why I put it here. Guess I could post there too.
Is your jpeg too large? Maybe try reducing the file size. Who knows--it's just a suggestion.
It's about the same size as I always submit.
I'm having the same problem...its a jpeg...it is large...3 screens worth...7,Vista and XP all on 1 image...1920x3600...3.32 mb.
Wouldnt take it til I cut it into 3 pieces...but,that only works for Masterskins as far as I know.
