I buy the second cheapest helmet (forgot the name) that regenerates 35 mana a second. Or at least thats what it says. I've timed it, and I'm not getting 35 a second as far as I can tell. More like half that if even. Was it something changed that didn't make it into the item notes? It seems it takes more like 3 seconds to recoup 35.

What it does is that it increases your MPS (mana per second) rate by 35%. Therefore, if you had a base MPS rate of say 10, it'd be increased to 13.5.It *doesn't* give you 35% of your total mana back per second.
Do the % mana regen items use the base mana regen or are they applied after other items. Take your example. If I had another item that doubled my base regen to 20, would the %mana regen item boost my regen to 27.0 MPS or would it be boosted to 23.5 MPS?
It's base mps + bonus mps + % bonus, so it would be 27 MPS.
save up your cahs for the heart. restores mana far better than any item ever will, short of mana pots which are a waste of cash.
what about that item which has a 15% chance to do like 250 dmg to enemies around you on hit? I buy it a few times cause it seems useful but I never see it working.. is the damage it does not displayed?
