First question I've got to GPG and SD: Does the game still count for a Win in the Pantheon if the enemy quits over half (1/2) way through the game?
I've got the problem that in the last two games that I've played the enemy team seemed to trickle out and leave the game while losing.
The story of my last game:> Our team was playing the map with the statue pooring water on the East side, it's a small 3vs3 square sized map with 13 flags on it (3 in the middle and 5 on each teams side). The game was point gain with the first team to reach 10,000 points winning. Well, mid game we were at roughly 5,200 points and the enemy at 2,600 when the first guy on their team drops. The enemy wasn't doing that badly either, as they've killed each of my teammates twice (I didn't die and even at the end had a perfect non-death score). Well, we pushed up their left/East side taking out their towers and capping one portal and a gold flag. They pushed back, recapped both flags, so we went to the other side. At this point we're nearly 8,800 points and another enemy drops. No more than 5 seconds after that guy drops does the last guy on their team drop. So, for the last minute us three humans played against AI bots because the enemy team quit.
Seriously, what's wrong with people? If you're going to lose, sit there and take it like a man (or woman in some cases) and lose with dignity. I mean, you'd be upset if the shoe was on the other foot and the enemy team all quit while you were winning, right? I'm sure you would. It's just very irritating that at the end you cannot say "good game" or "it was fun" or have good sportsmanship out it because your opposing team just decided they couldn't take a lose and left.
My suggestion to GPG and SD is to add in some sort of penalty to those that quit a game early in a Pantheon game. Maybe minus favor from them (that is, if the current minus favor bug gets fixed), take way their ranks, make it count as 2 loses on their roster, or something along those line that would make them stop quiting so often without facing something harsh.
