Here is a mini-mod I made that should make the game more interesting.Give it a run and tell me what you think.
Galactic Entrenchment
Only for entrenchment 1.03
Capship changes:
- All capital ships now have 3 weapons.
-All capships gets +200 to H.P and shields, also gets +50 damage to all weapon's sides.Only mazra gets +100 the H.P/Shields and no damage boost.
- Bombing variance of all bombing capable ships increased(changes visual bomb effect).
- All capital carriers start with 1 SC point and gains 1 per level(avent starts with 2).
- Deploy missile and seige turret now have their duration increased over the levels.
Avent-
-Detonate antimatter also does some minor direct damage to hull.
-Energy Absorption now gives a slight mitigation bonus.
-Taunt now restores Hp and gives a turn rate boost.
-Vertigo and Malice now requires no targetting.(AOE)
-Clairvoyance now replaced with Deploy Support Barge. The support barge has clairvoyance and gains new abilities with research.
-Guidance and provoke hysteria now switched; Guidance is now a ultimate ability that cutdown cooldown, anitmatter use and increases phase missile block for a limited time while provoke hysteria has been nerfed (but gains strength with levels). guidance now also affects starbases.
-Telekinetic push gets increased range and reduced A.M over levels.
-Adept anima now merged with concentration aura (now battle meditation), which also gives extra bonuses now.
-Anima tempest in now a regular ability. It is replaced by a passive ultimate ability, Anima Harmony which grants more bonuses to the carrier's SC.
TEC-
- Missile Platforms now also have the cluster warheads ability (research).
-Akkan's colonise provides 1/3/5 extractors instead of 0/1/2.
-Akkan's targeting uplink also gives a small damage bonus.
-Kol's Railgun ability increase in range with levels and also drops target's armor rating.
-Mazra's Missile barrage now has a maximum target limit of 30. MB's Missiles gets own particle effect.
-Finest hour gives more bonuses.
-Adaptive shield gives a small mitigation bonus.
-Carrier's Embargo replaced with Evasive manouvers, which makes friendly SC's harder to hit.
-Akkan loses ion bolt and gets embargo.
-Dunov loses Emp bomb and gets ion bolt.
-Shield restore boosts mitigation for a limited time as per description.
-Ion bolt drains and amount of shield from target.
-Magnetize now drains a bit of antimatter.
Vasari-
-Disruptive strikes now switched with reactive nanites.
-Carrier's clone frigate now replaced with volatile nanites.
-Kortul gets E.M.P as ultimate ability.(Disables enemy ships for a limited time)
-Jam weapons also disables engines and regeneration of SC.
-Deploy bombers now replaced with scramble reserves, which adds extra SC per squad instantly for a limited time.
-Tweaked microphasing aura.
- Seige Platforms now have an ability called crash, which causes the platform to crash into the planet, causing damage.
-Vulkoras's missile swarm now stop regeneration and reduce chance of phase missile block for a brief time.
-Antorak's subversion removed and replaced with new ability, Amplify Missile Phasing. This ability further increases the chance of phase missiles ignoring shields.
-Antorak's distort gravity now also modifes angular thrust, huperspace charge up rate and hyperspace speed.
-Deploy seige platform now deploys 2 platforms at lvl 3.
Changes:
-Reduced cost and cooldown time for Fleet Beacon(Phase Stabilizer)
-Vasari superweapon can now stack the disable time for ships and structures.It can also be fired at friendly planets.
-Avent's deliverance signal's culture spread rate has been increased 4 times. the damage bonus also stacks. The superweapon can also now be fired on friendly planets.
-Argonev's resupply also affects the starbase.
-Fixed disruptive stikes.
-Hyperspace jump angle reduced to 25.
-All superweapons now take 15 tac slots.
-TEC and Avent starbases get 10 upgrade instead of 8.
-Starbase hangar upgrades increase in increments of 5.
-SC's now actually move and attack like SC.
-Synergy loses shield points, but gains range and stackability.
-Deploy Seige turret Ability tweaked.
New Units:
TEC:Heavy fighter:Costs AM to replace, counter for anti-module units.
Vasari:Planetary assault bomber:Costs AM to replace, heavy bomber with an anti-module attack.
