Hello, I have recently bought a retail version of Demigod and have been enjoying it quite a lot. Even though there are some annoying multiplayer issues and pantheon achievement bugs the game is amazing as it is.
I am 100% sure that afer the game will be patched and fixed over the next few weeks, this will be a great pc game (it is already for me anyway)
Knowning that the developers of Stardock are currently working out the fixes at this moment I am sure they do not have any time to add new features such as new demigods , game features, etc...
However though, I will ask if there are such plans? 8 Maps honsetly is not a very good amount for this game (not complaining) I am almost positive that after the game's main issues will be fixed that the developers will start releasing new maps. I am also hoping for a map editor just like majority of other RTS/RPG games out there for pc have them. I love the map designs so props Stardock on that.
It would be really cool to see/play as new Demigods. Now 8 is a good number, but I think 10 would be much better...1 more for the light and 1 more for the dark. I'd particulary like some sort of a creature based demigod like the Unclean Beast except for the Light Side, and something like a Rook for the dark side, expect it would have a complete different visual design and of course different abilities but the same premise.
These two Demigods that I am about to list are very powerful and would be only be attainable by unlocking a lot of achievements and using favor points to buy them. Only a few players in the fanbase would be able to attain this, the true hardcore fans. Also these two demigods will have their own unique achievements and new favor points to spend on special abilities that are exclusive to them.
The Minotaur (Forces of Darkness)
Maybe a giant minotaur for the dark side, who would be able to have different levels of a Charge attack where he runs charges on the enemies/demigods/buildings and slams them hard with his head.
Also something like Angelic Fury from Rugulus would be for the minotaur expect it would be called Speed of Anger where the minotaur changes stances to go on his all four legs and run faster, but his damage would be reduced during that stance.
The minotaur would be whielding a 1 handed axe, and as he levels up his melee hit damage would increase and at level 20 he would get an ability to dual wield and have another axe in the other hand.
The minotaur would be considered as a High DPS/Melee Damage Demigod.

Dragon of Heaven (Forces of Light)
The Dragon of Heaven would have be able to have 3 different types of builds. A healer, a attacker, or a defender, or a combination of the two. For example as a healer, the dragon would be breath a ray of light out it's mouth healing the creeps and other demigod allies in his range , it would be a Area of Effect type of a heal, this would be a level 20 ability.
Another ability to heal would be to throw balls of light (aka balls of fire expect light) at targeted allies, creeps or demigods and heal them for certain amount of damage and of course it would have several ranks, the higher ranks the higher the heal.
As an attacker it would have an ability to be able to glide/fly really fast to a targeted location , however you wouldn't be able to fly to a opponenet's zone, only yours or where flags are located. This would act as a defense/attack ability to quickly move from place to place on the map however it would have a lengthy cooldown of 1 minute and 30 seconds.
It's deveastating attack ability would be to hover into the air and launch a gigantic fireball out of it's mouth on a specfied targeted ground, there also would be a range limit so that way , you can't just spam it on the fortress or buildings from a far distance. Another attack ability would be a tail swipe, it would knock off enemy creeps, and be used as a main attack for taking down towers/buildings. Sometime might even have a chance to stun a target for 2 seconds.
Depending what spec you are as the dragon the color of his skin would alter, white for healing, red/yellow for attack, and grey/brown for defense. Just for the fun of it and looks.
Now for the defender spec - You'll be able to level up his reptile skin to higher armor, this demigod would have the highest armor rate, you would also have an ability called Wall of an Ancient Reptile, the dragon would cover up a targeted area with his wings covering the entire pathway of where he stands. It would save the demigods , the dragon himself, buildings and creeps who are in ranged of his reptile wall. Basically the dragon is a stationary wall for a certain amount of time or until the damage is absored enough.

Bridge of Life _
This map would just be very long straight bridge looking kind of a map that is surrounded by beautilful waterfalls, and clouds in the sky. It would have many flags from the left side , to the middle, and to the right side.
It would be quite a narrow map, because the bridge is straight, however this map would be designed to last for long lasting (hour to 2 hour) epic 1v1 battles. It would have a lot of flags and the main battle would usually take place right in the middle of it. The map will have a lot of towers and portal to take over, minions would be running at high speeds charging into the middle as 2 powerful demigods clash it out in the center of the bridge.
Towers of Terror
This would be hard to design but it would be a map where everything is place on gigantic towers. There are 5 towers, 2 on the left, 2 on the right, and 1 in the middle. All of the towers have a bridges connecting to each other and the middle tower which would have 4 gold mines to control, this would be the main design of this map.
To be able to make cash as fast as you can, the player who has a middle would have the most advantage, this is a 2v2 designed map. The tower on the bottom south corner and the north east corner would have portal flags to take over. Each player in their own base/citadel already have an artifact shop, the bonuses are the portals and 4 gold mines in the middle.

Replay - The game video records as you play the match, you would be able to send to your friends, upload on websites or keep them for your epic battle memories.
Achievement Rewards - If you for example attained all of the achievements for The Rook demigod you would gain a special persistent item that is exclusivly unqiue to The Rook , and that matches all of his attributes, and maybe even gives a new ability however in this case it would be kind of unfair and would have to be designed in a balanced manner if the other player does not have all the achievements for their lovely demigod.
Again - thank you stardock I love this game, I am excepting fixed issues, new demigods, new features, and a bright future for this game, maybe even what I have listed could be put into a future sequel (if there is one) or expansions or some kind of a content patch. I would love to see the Dragon and the Minotaur come to life in this game it would be amazing. I hope you all enjoyed my positive feedback and ideas. Now stardock get to fixing! =D
