No, but I think he could wipe his tears and solider through what I'm sure is an endlessly tragic 24 hours for the support staff to come back from their families, especially considering someone took the time to acknowledge him anyway. This is assuming he's also completely innocent in putting himself in the situation he's in, which honestly I'd put at 50/50.

kordesh , im not beeing impatient, there was no notification saying it could take 2 days to get a serial for a game i paid.
Personally, my opinion (which I'm sure will likely be unpopular with the short tempered), shit happens. The complaint is valid, the mini consumer tantrum however was not.
