Frost TB's damage was significantly decreased in the last patch before release.  I've only tried him once since then, but he definitely isn't nearly as powerful as he was in beta.  Now the benefit in playing frost TB is the debuffs that his skills apply, and I really think that with the new changes, frost is definitely an assist path that, hopefully, helps out more in a group battle.

I still seem to be massacring people, but in the few games I played, it seems that I was playing against people who are playing their first game, since even late game, they didn't have much HP.

Their HP was low enough that with the shatter combo I could get their HP down to 500 or so, and from that point it's just a little chasing to kill them.
