I'm not sure if this works: Delete something from the game folder. Probably the sound folder, exe files and english.string file (basically anything language related. In Impulse click verify game which should result in a re-install of the game. Here you can choose the language. Hopefully now only the language related files are re-downloaded.
If that fails: complete reinstall.
