So basically I am trying to give the Vasari Starbase the ability to create ships, the problem is the move and stop icons are where the create ship icons are, so I get these errors:

Slot ACTION_PLANET_OPENFRIGATEMANAGEMENT0 can't be setup over ACTION_CAPITALSHIP_STOP.
Slot ACTION_PLANET_OPENFRIGATEMANAGEMENT1 can't be setup over ACTION_CAPITALSHIP_MOVE.

Is there anyway to remove the STOP and MOVE icons from the star base? I dont use those icons I right click to move and right click closer to the moving ship to stop.

or

Can I move the the "OPENFRIGATEMANAGEMENT" to empty slots on the Starbase (I can make 2 unused slots in the top abilities section if I need to)
