I was gonna add a screenshot, but dont think its nessecary. Regulus snipe lvl 5 description says it has a 3% chance of stopping an enemy dead in its tracks for 0 seconds.
What is the real time for effect supposed to be?
I think it's 0.3 seconds, prozombe. It's basically an interrupt, not a stun
